Duplexes

The duplex are located north and west of the skilled nursing facility on Davison Street.

The units are quality built homes providing an independent living choice to those over 62 years of age. The duplexes provide an alternative to the responsibilities of owning an individual home. The maintenance free living gives peace of mind to those we serve.

An emergency call system in each duplex notifies the skilled facility of a need for help and gives the tenants the security of knowing they have extended family close by to assist them.

Some units have basements so tenants can still entertain large groups. A gazebo and fire pit located across the street from the duplexes welcome the tenants to enjoy the outdoors. The nursing facility bus and staff take our tenants out to eat once a month. The tenants enjoy a summer potluck meal and a Christmas brunch sponsored by the staff in the nursing facility’s multi-purpose room. This room is also available to our tenants to entertain groups to large for their homes.
