Barbecue Season

May 24, 2018

Ah, the smell of summer! Flowers, herbs, cut grass, and food being cooked outdoors.

For many of us, grilled food equals summer. After all, what summer picnic is complete without it?

Memorial Day often marks the unofficial start of summer, even though the official start is almost a month later.

To celebrate this holiday and several others throughout the summer, the Home prepares a barbecue feast for the residents.

Hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, potato salad, deviled eggs, lemonade, and many other treats make up this special menu. The residents always enjoy the taste of the grill each summer.
