Everyone needs to feel special and beautiful, and one way that we communicate this to our residents is by having Manicure Monday, a morning activity with activity aides spending time making our hands look beautiful. On Mondays, it's become normal to see one of our activity aides going from room to room with a basket of nail polish options, files, clippers, lotion, and other beauty products.
